The wiring diagram is as follows:1) The two cables of the direct reading remote water meter of the Mbus interface do not distinguish between positive and negative polarities.2) The polarities of the four cables of the direct-reading remote water meter of the RS485 interface are strictly distinguished, and they should be connected according to different color codes when connecting.Installation(1) Before installing the smart remote water meter, it is necessary to read and record the meter address to ensure that the electronic code in the meter is consistent with the dial serial number.(2) The installation of the intelligent remote water meter must meet the installation requirements of GB/T778.2.(3) The diameter of the intelligent remote water meter should be determined according to the diameter of the installed pipeline and the frequently used flow rate is less than or close to that of the direct reading remote water meter.The installation location should avoid exposure to sunlight, flooding, freezing and pollution, and should be convenient for disassembly and reading.(4) The intelligent remote water meter must be installed horizontally, the direction of water flow is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow, and ensure that the reading dial of the meter is facing upwards.(5) Before installing a new intelligent remote water meter, the sand, gravel, hemp and other sundries in the pipeline should be removed to avoid water meter failure.(6) If the water meter is installed at the water inlet of the boiler, it is necessary to prevent the backflow of hot water and steam from the boiler and damage the internal parts of the water meter. It is best to install a check valve at the water outlet of the water meter.(7) Put the meter joint into the joint nut and then install it on the pipeline, then twist the joint nut to install the direct-reading remote water meter on the pipeline, keeping the direct-reading remote transmission.The water meter reading dial is horizontally upward, and the water meter should not be subjected to excessive bending force when connecting the water meter to the pipeline, so as to avoid damage to the interface of the direct reading remote water meter.Dimensions1.
